Welcome to Lensora. A few ground rules.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Lensora, including our mobile application, website, templates, AI shooting guidance, smart presets, subscription features, and related services. By using Lensora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
01. Our Service
Lensora is an AI photo companion that helps users take better photos through real-time shooting guidance, photo templates, composition assistance, pose suggestions, angle guidance, smart presets, and related camera tools.
Our service is designed to assist with photography. We do not guarantee that every photo will match a template perfectly or achieve a specific aesthetic, commercial, or social media result.
02. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country or region, to use Lensora.
If you are using Lensora on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.
03. Account
Some features may require you to create an account or sign in.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, or created risk for other users, our team, or the platform.
04. Subscriptions and Purchases
Lensora may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases.
If you purchase a subscription or paid feature through the App Store, your payment will be processed by Apple. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by Apple's terms and App Store rules.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
We may change pricing, subscription plans, or available features from time to time. Any changes will be handled in accordance with applicable platform rules and laws.
05. Photos and User Content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, images, feedback, and other content you create, upload, save, export, or share through Lensora.
- We do not claim ownership of your photos or videos.
- If you choose to submit content to us, such as feedback, bug reports, screenshots, photos, videos, or screen recordings, you grant us a limited right to use that content to provide support, troubleshoot issues, improve the app, and operate our services.
- You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or share through Lensora.
- You agree not to use Lensora to create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or violates the rights of others.
06. AI Shooting Guidance
Lensora may provide AI-assisted guidance, including framing suggestions, pose suggestions, angle guidance, template matching, focus guidance, smart presets, and composition recommendations.
AI guidance is provided for creative and photography assistance only.
You understand that AI guidance may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation. Results may vary depending on lighting, environment, camera position, subject movement, device performance, template quality, and other factors.
You remain responsible for your own shooting decisions and final photos.
07. Templates, Presets, and App Content
Lensora may provide templates, poses, presets, filters, visual guides, text instructions, icons, graphics, UI elements, and other app content.
Unless otherwise stated, all app content is owned by Lensora or licensed to us.
You may use templates and presets within Lensora for personal photo creation, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, extract, reproduce, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create a competing product based on our templates, presets, guidance system, designs, interface, branding, or other app content without our permission.
08. Creator or Marketplace Features
In the future, Lensora may allow creators to upload, publish, sell, or share templates, presets, guides, or other creative assets.
If these features become available, additional creator terms may apply.
You are responsible for making sure that any content you upload or sell does not infringe the rights of others and that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions.
We may review, remove, restrict, or moderate creator content that violates our policies, legal requirements, or product standards.
09. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Lensora. You may not:
- Use the app for illegal or harmful purposes.
- Violate the rights, privacy, or safety of others.
- Upload or share content you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or extract our technology, templates, presets, or guidance system.
- Interfere with the security, performance, or operation of the app.
- Use automated tools to access or abuse the service.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
- Use the app to harass, exploit, or harm another person.
10. Third-Party Services
Lensora may include or rely on third-party services, such as App Store payments, analytics, crash reporting, cloud services, customer support tools, or sign-in providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
11. Feedback
We welcome feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, and feature requests.
If you send us feedback, you agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation to you. This helps us improve the product, develop new features, and fix issues.
12. Privacy
Your use of Lensora is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers
Lensora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available.
- We do not guarantee that AI guidance, templates, presets, or shooting suggestions will produce a specific result.
- We do not guarantee that using Lensora will increase social media performance, commercial value, engagement, followers, sales, or professional success.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lensora and its officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes damages related to lost profits, lost data, lost content, device issues, business interruption, reputational harm, or inability to use the app.
Our total liability for any claim related to Lensora will be limited to the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
15. Termination
You may stop using Lensora at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Lensora if we believe you have violated these Terms, created legal risk, harmed other users, or misused the service.
After termination, some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related terms.
16. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Lensora at any time.
We may add or remove features, change templates, update presets, modify pricing, or adjust the way AI guidance works.
We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect your rights or paid access, where required by law or platform rules.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide notice in the app, on our website, or through other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Lensora after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts or dispute resolution forum located in San Francisco, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
